Dan Bernard offers a free 30 minute in-office, introductory session.

His usual fee for a standard 50 minute counseling session is $110. and is payable at the end of each meeting.  Extended sessions of 80, or 100 minutes can also be scheduled and are often beneficial especially at the beginning of the therapy process.  Dan accepts cash, check, Mastercard and Visa.

He also offers a sliding-scale fee upon request. 

Dan works with insurance companies whenever possible.  For couples or marriage counseling it’s important that your plan cover “family counseling”.

His clients are usually able to receive insurance reimbursement for his therapy services.  If interested, please contact your insurance company for the specifics of your plan regarding therapy with an "out-of-network provider".

When working with insurance, Dan requests that his clients pay in full at the time of service.  He, in turn, will submit an insurance claim the week of each meeting for your direct payment from your insurance company.
