I received my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Lewis and Clark College in 1997.  

 

In '97 I opened my private practice and also became a psychiatric case-manager at Columbia River Mental Health in Vancouver, WA.  In that clinical setting, I helped clients with addictions and/or chronic mental illness. 

 

I turned my full attention to private practice in 1999.
